How do I get an infrared inspection?

All of our inspections includes an infrared inspection!

How long does a home inspection take?

The timeline of an inspection depends on the size, age, and condition of the home. Our typical inspections may require up to three hours of on-site inspecting.

Can I be on-site during an inspection?

Of course! In fact, we encourage it.  Attendance during the entire inspection is not necessary, but we typically encourage clients to arrive during the second hour of their inspection to review the inspector’s findings.

Do you offer termite inspections?

Yes! We offer WDO inspections to detect any wood-destroying organisms in your home, including termites. We also look for any signs of past infestations or prior treatments of infestations.
